Make sure your CSV includes a phone number column with the full international format (e.g., +1234567890). Add columns for name, email, tags, and any custom fields you use.
Navigate to Contacts → Import → CSV. Drag and drop your file into the upload area, or click Browse to select it. Files up to 50 MB (roughly 500,000 rows) are supported.
App-ening auto-detects common column names like "phone", "name", and "email". For non-standard headers, manually map each CSV column to the correct contact field. You can also create new custom fields during mapping.
Select how duplicates should be handled: skip existing contacts, update them with the new data, or create duplicates. Matching is done by phone number.
Preview the first 10 rows to confirm your mapping is correct. Check the validation summary for errors (invalid phones, missing required fields). Click Import to start processing.

Yes. Go to Contacts → Import History, select the import batch, and click Rollback. Contacts created by that import will be deleted.
