Sample call. Names and businesses are invented. The call opens in your voice — your greeting, your name and your business — and the details for each person are read by a clear assistant voice.

1

Paste your list

Names, mobile numbers, amounts, dates — straight from Excel or Google Sheets. We find the columns.

2

Record your message

20 seconds in your own voice. Hear it on a test call to your mobile first — not charged.

Live results, the call-back list first, and an Excel download.

A meta-analysis of appointment-reminder studies found that reminders — telephone reminders in particular — improve attendance.

Example maths, not a customer result: if one £60 appointment is kept rather than missed because of the call, the £15 run has paid for itself four times over.

How it works

Two screens. About five minutes.

A hand-written fee register, the kind of list you paste in
1

Screen 1 — the list

Choose the job (appointment, payment due or class), paste your list and type your business name. You see the script with every name, amount and date filled in before anything is sent.

2

Screen 2 — your message

Record 20 seconds on your mobile or keep our standard voice. Ring your own number to hear it (not charged). Choose now or tomorrow 10am, pay, and the calls are made.

Results

Your results page fills in as calls complete: answered, pressed 1, pressed 2, asked us not to call, no answer. The call-back list sits at the top. Download Excel, or switch on the monthly plan when you are ready.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

Do I need WhatsApp or any set-up?
No. Paste a list, record a message, pay. The first calls go out the same day.
What number shows on their phone?
A UK mobile number assigned to your business. We ring between 10am and 6pm, your customers’ local time, never earlier or later.
What if nobody answers?
We try each number up to three times across the day. Anyone who still doesn’t answer shows as “No answer”, so you know who to text or ring yourself.
Is this allowed under PECR?
Reminders to your own customers about an appointment they booked, a payment that’s due or a class they’re enrolled in are service messages, not marketing — the ICO’s guidance treats them differently from sales calls. Every call lets the customer press 9 to stop further calls, and we honour that automatically. If you’re unsure whether your list is existing customers, don’t use it.
Can I use it for sales or win-back calls?
No. Reminder Calls is for payments due, appointments and roll-calls to people who already do business with you. Automated marketing calls need specific prior consent and TPS screening, which this product doesn’t do.
What’s in the results?
Who answered, who pressed 1 (will pay / confirmed / attending), who pressed 2 (please ring me back — shown first), who asked us not to call, and who didn’t answer. Download it as Excel or have it emailed to you.
What does it cost after the first run?
£39 a month plus VAT for 300 answered calls. Extra answered calls are 20p each. Cancel at any time.
