By creating an account or using App-ening, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and app-ening.com.
App-ening is a WhatsApp Business API platform that provides: team inbox for multi-agent messaging, bulk campaigns and broadcasts, automation workflows and journey builder, appointment booking and management, CRM and contact management, AI assistant and auto-responder, analytics and reporting, integrations with third-party services, and payment collection tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
You may use App-ening to communicate with customers who have opted in, send transactional and promotional messages via approved templates, automate business workflows, and integrate with permitted third-party services.
You may NOT:
App-ening connects to the WhatsApp Business API through authorised Business Solution Provider (BSP) partners. WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta’s terms, rate limits, and quality rating system. Message delivery is not guaranteed — WhatsApp may reject messages that violate their policies. You are responsible for obtaining opt-in consent from contacts before sending messages.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through App-ening (messages, templates, contacts, media). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit this content solely to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies.
App-ening, its logo, and all platform features are the intellectual property of app-ening.com. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes during your subscription.
App-ening is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, or specific business outcomes. We are not liable for actions taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party services that affect your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery purposes) and then deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@app-ening.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Users in South Africa may also have rights under Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of App-ening after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
