What are "service conversations" and why are they free?

When a customer messages you first, that opens a free 24-hour service window. You can reply unlimited times within that window at no WhatsApp charge. Meta made these free in November 2024.

How does message billing work?

App-ening charges a monthly platform subscription plus per-message costs deducted from your prepaid wallet. Each message rate is all-inclusive — it covers Meta's conversation charge and platform costs in one simple rate. No separate bills to manage.

Does App-ening limit my WhatsApp messages?

No. App-ening plans include limits on contacts, team members, and automations - but not on WhatsApp message volume. Your messaging limits are set by Meta based on your WhatsApp Business API tier.

Can I track my ad performance?
