Important: App-ening is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products. This policy explains how our digital services are delivered.

App-ening provides a cloud-based WhatsApp Business Platform that is accessed entirely online. Our services include:

  • Team inbox for conversation management
  • Automated messaging journeys and workflows
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Contact management tools
  • API access for custom integrations

2. Digital Delivery

2.1 Instant Access

Upon successful registration and payment (for paid plans), you will receive immediate access to our platform. There is no physical shipping involved.

2.2 Account Activation

After signing up:

  1. You should receive a confirmation email with login credentials (email delivery depends on third-party email services and is not guaranteed)
  2. Access to the Platform is typically available promptly after registration
  3. Features included in your plan are activated upon successful payment processing

2.3 WhatsApp Business API Setup

Connecting your WhatsApp Business account may take additional time depending on:

  • Meta's verification process for your business
  • WhatsApp phone number verification
  • Template message approval (typically 24-48 hours)

These timelines are controlled by Meta/WhatsApp and are outside our direct control.

3. Service Availability

3.1 Global Access

Our platform is accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. We do not have geographical restrictions on service delivery.

3.2 Uptime

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding uptime, availability, or performance. The Platform may be hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure, the reliability and availability of which is outside our direct control.

3.3 Maintenance Windows

We may perform maintenance at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any downtime, service interruption, or data loss resulting from maintenance activities.

4. No Physical Shipping

As a purely digital service:

  • We do not ship any physical goods
  • No shipping charges apply
  • No delivery address is required
  • There are no customs or import duties

5. Digital Receipts and Invoices

All billing documentation is delivered digitally:

  • Payment Confirmations: Sent via email immediately after successful payment
  • Invoices: Available for download in your account dashboard
  • Receipts: Emailed automatically for each transaction

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE PLATFORM.
