At App-ening, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds for our WhatsApp Business Platform services.
1. Subscription Plans
App-ening offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: No charges, limited features
- Basic Plan: $29/month
- Growth Plan: $99/month
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing
2. Free Trial
We offer a free plan that allows you to test our platform with limited features. No credit card is required for the free plan, and you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account dashboard under Billing & Subscriptions
- Contacting our support team at support@app-ening.com
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until the subscription expires
- After expiration, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
3.3 No Partial Month Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your billing period.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve within 7 business days
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- First-time subscription within 7 days of purchase (see Section 4.2)
4.2 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- WhatsApp conversation charges (paid directly to Meta through your WABA - not charged by App-ening)
- Subscriptions after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
- Unused subscription time remaining in your billing period
- Add-on services already rendered
- Enterprise custom development work
4.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@app-ening.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
4.5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
5. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You will retain access to your current plan features until then
- No refunds are provided for unused features on your current plan
- Data exceeding your new plan's limits may be archived
6. Plan Upgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan:
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Access to new features is immediate upon successful payment
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Non-payment of outstanding invoices
Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.
