Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar. Click "Connect" and sign in with your Google account. Grant App-ening permission to read and write calendar events.
After connecting, you will see all calendars in your Google account. Select the ones you want synced. For multi-staff businesses, each team member should connect their personal calendar.
Choose two-way sync (recommended) so bookings flow both ways, or one-way if you only want App-ening to push events to Google. Two-way sync checks for conflicts automatically.
Define your available hours per day and set buffer times between appointments (e.g., 15 minutes). These settings prevent customers from booking when you are unavailable.
