A dormant customer is one whose last activity — message, visit, or purchase — exceeded a threshold you define. Appening ships with sensible defaults (30 days at-risk, 60 days dormant, 120 days lost) and lets you tune the thresholds per industry.

How does revenue attribution work?

When a dormant contact is re-engaged via a win-back sequence and then makes a booking, purchase, or payment, Appening tags the transaction as "recovered revenue" in the Revenue Recovery Dashboard (shipping Q2 2026). Attribution window is 14 days by default.

Do I need technical setup to use this?
