“Namaste, this is Meena from Meena Insurance Services. Just a gentle reminder — your policy premium of ₹12,000 is due on the 15th. Press 1 if you’ll pay by then, press 2 if you’d like me to call you back. Press 9 if you don’t want these calls.”Sample script — premium due

Sample call. Names and businesses are made up. The call opens in your voice — your greeting, your name and your business — and the details for each person are read by a clear assistant voice.

1

Paste your list

Copy names, numbers, amounts and dates straight from your register, Excel or Google Sheet. We work out the columns.

2

Record your voice

Read the script once on your phone, or use our standard voice. Ring yourself first to hear it — the test call is not charged.

3

Results in your sheet

Who pressed 1, who pressed 2, who asked to stop, who didn’t pick up. Download as Excel, or we write it back to your Google Sheet.

In India, 13th-month persistency runs about 61–70%, which means roughly 30–39% of life policies lapse within the first year.

Example maths, not a customer result: if one renewal comes in that would otherwise have lapsed, the ₹499 run has paid for itself.

How it works

Two screens. About five minutes.

A hand-written fee register, the kind of list you paste in
1

Screen 1 — the list

Pick the job (fee due, appointment confirmation or weekly roll-call), paste your list and type your business name. You see the script with every name, amount and date filled in before anything is sent.

2

Screen 2 — your voice

Record the script on your phone or keep our standard voice. Ring your own number to hear it (not charged). Choose now or tomorrow 10 AM, pay ₹499, and the calls go out.

3

Results

Your results page fills in as calls complete: answered, pressed 1, pressed 2, asked to stop, no answer (we retry). The pressed-2 list sits at the top. Download Excel, or switch on the monthly plan when you are ready.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first

Does it need WhatsApp?
No. There is nothing to connect, no Meta verification and no templates to get approved. You paste a list and record your voice. That is the whole setup.
Is my number shown to customers?
Calls go out from App-ening’s number. Your business name is spoken in the call — in your own voice — so people know exactly who is calling.
What if they press 2?
Press 2 means “not now — call me back.” Those customers appear at the top of your results so you can ring them personally. We do not call them again automatically.
When do the calls go out?
Between 10 AM and 6 PM. If someone does not pick up, we try up to two more times within calling hours. You can also schedule the run for tomorrow at 10 AM.
Can a customer stop the calls?
Yes. Every call ends with “Press 9 if you don’t want these calls.” Anyone who presses 9 is marked as opted out and is never dialled again by App-ening — not on this run, not on any future run — and they show up as “asked to stop” in your results. Press 2 is different: it means “call me back” and puts them at the top of your call-back list.
