Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App-ening platform, including the web application at app.app-ening.com, the App-ening Business mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or entity, "you" or "your") and app-ening.com ("App-ening," "we," "us," or "our"), located at A3/245, Manna Farm, Padappai, Tamil Nadu, India 601301.

2. Service Description

App-ening is a technology platform that provides tools for managing WhatsApp Business conversations, customer relationships, and messaging automation. The Platform includes:

  • WhatsApp Business API integration and message inbox management
  • Contact organization, CRM pipeline, and customer management
  • Message template creation, campaigns, and broadcast sending
  • Automation journeys, rules, and sequences
  • Appointment scheduling and booking management
  • Google integrations (Sheets, Calendar, Forms)
  • Voice agent and IVR call management
  • Analytics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Team collaboration and role-based access
  • Real-time message synchronization across devices

App-ening is a technology tool only. We provide the platform infrastructure and features. We do not control, review, or take responsibility for the content you create, the messages you send, or the business decisions you make using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.2 Business Use

This Platform is intended for business use only. You represent that you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity or for legitimate business purposes.

3.3 WhatsApp Business API Access

Use of messaging features requires:

  • An active App-ening account
  • WhatsApp Business API access (via Gupshup or other authorized provider)
  • Compliance with WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service
  • Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Secure password (or via Google Sign-In)
  • Business information

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account, regardless of who performs them
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring that team members added to your account comply with these Terms

4.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You violate WhatsApp policies
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your payment fails and grace period expires
  • We receive a valid legal request or court order

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform to:

  • Manage legitimate business communications via WhatsApp
  • Organize customer contacts and information
  • Send marketing messages (with proper consent from recipients)
  • Provide customer support
  • Automate business workflows and journeys
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Sync data with Google Sheets, Calendar, and Forms
  • Analyze business performance and messaging metrics

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Platform to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages without proper consent
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Commerce Policy
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect user data without proper consent
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Scrape, harvest, or mine data from the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Circumvent rate limits, technical restrictions, or security measures
  • Use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Send content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute Platform access without authorization

5.3 WhatsApp Policy Compliance

You agree to comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Policy
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy
  • Meta Platform Terms

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • WhatsApp number ban (imposed by Meta/WhatsApp, not by us)
  • Permanent termination of service without refund
  • Legal action if applicable

6. User Responsibility and Content

6.1 Your Content and Communications

App-ening is a technology platform and tool. You, the user, are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • All content you create, upload, send, or transmit through the Platform
  • All messages, campaigns, broadcasts, and communications sent to your customers, clients, and contacts
  • All data you import, export, or sync through Google integrations or other connectors
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms (including WhatsApp Business Policy, GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, India IT Act, DPDPA, and any other privacy, data protection, or communications laws in your jurisdiction)
  • Obtaining proper, verifiable consent from your contacts before sending messages
  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you store on the Platform
  • Any consequences arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to complaints, fines, penalties, regulatory actions, or legal proceedings from your customers, contacts, regulators, or any third party
  • Ensuring your use of automation journeys, rules, and sequences complies with applicable laws
  • The configuration and outcomes of voice agent calls, IVR flows, and appointment scheduling

6.2 License to Us

By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide Platform functionality
  • Display Your Content to you and your authorized team members
  • Backup Your Content for disaster recovery
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

6.3 Content Restrictions

Your Content must NOT:

  • Violate intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive material
  • Include personal data without proper consent from data subjects
  • Violate WhatsApp content policies or any other platform policies

6.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove Your Content if:

  • It violates these Terms
  • It violates WhatsApp or other platform policies
  • We receive a valid legal request or court order
  • It poses security, legal, or reputational risk

7. Google API Integrations

7.1 Google Services

The Platform offers optional integrations with Google services:

  • Google Sheets -- for importing/exporting contacts and data synchronization
  • Google Calendar -- for appointment scheduling and calendar synchronization
  • Google Forms -- for capturing form responses as contacts
  • Google Sign-In -- for account authentication

7.2 Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7.3 Your Responsibility for Google Data

You are solely responsible for:

  • The data you choose to sync between App-ening and Google services
  • Ensuring you have proper rights and permissions to access the Google Sheets, Calendars, and Forms you connect
  • Compliance with Google's Terms of Service for data you access through our integrations
  • Understanding that disconnecting a Google integration will stop syncing but data already imported into App-ening remains until you delete it

7.4 Revoking Google Access

You can disconnect Google integrations at any time via Platform settings or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. WhatsApp Integration

8.1 Third-Party Service

WhatsApp is a third-party service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp. We access WhatsApp Business API through authorized Business Solution Providers (BSPs).

8.2 WhatsApp Terms

Your use of WhatsApp messaging features is subject to:

  • WhatsApp Terms of Service
  • WhatsApp Business API Terms
  • Meta Platform Policies
  • Your BSP's terms (e.g., Gupshup)

8.3 Message Delivery

We do not guarantee:

  • Delivery of all messages (delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure)
  • Delivery speed or timing
  • Message read receipts or delivery confirmations
  • Continued availability of WhatsApp APIs

8.4 Rate Limits and Quality

WhatsApp imposes rate limits and quality rating requirements. We may restrict your sending ability based on:

  • WhatsApp quality rating assigned to your number
  • Messaging tier (1k, 10k, 100k, unlimited)
  • Compliance violations reported by recipients
  • Your subscription plan limits

9. Fees and Payment

9.1 Pricing

The Platform offers:

  • Free plan (limited features)
  • Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise)
  • Usage-based fees (WhatsApp conversation charges passed through from providers)

9.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are processed by Razorpay (our payment processor)
  • Fees are billed monthly based on your selected plan
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • All fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

9.3 No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO APP-ENING ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees -- no refunds for any reason
  • Per-message and per-conversation fees (WhatsApp charges) -- non-refundable once incurred
  • Fees for any billing period, whether fully or partially used
  • Fees paid prior to account suspension or termination (whether by you or by us)
  • Fees paid for features you did not use during the billing period

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the Platform, technical issues, third-party service outages, account suspension due to policy violations, or voluntary cancellation.

9.4 Plan Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you retain access to paid features until the billing period expires
  • No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused days, weeks, or portions of a billing period
  • After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • You are responsible for canceling before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period
  • If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will be charged at the then-current pricing

9.5 Late Payment and Grace Period

Failure to pay may result in:

  • A grace period (typically 7 days) during which features may be restricted
  • Service suspension after grace period expiration
  • Account termination for continued non-payment
  • Loss of data after account termination (per our data retention policy)
  • No refunds are issued for fees charged before suspension or termination

10. Data Privacy and Security

10.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • PII encrypted at rest (AES encryption for phone numbers)
  • Passwords hashed and salted (bcrypt)
  • JWT token-based authentication
  • Secure cloud hosting (AWS)
  • Regular monitoring via Sentry error tracking

10.3 Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will:

  • Notify affected users within 72 hours where required by law
  • Notify authorities as required by applicable law
  • Take remedial action to prevent future breaches

10.4 Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data through the Platform
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (account deletion)
  • Export your data (conversations, contacts)
  • Opt-out of analytics (where available)

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our Rights

The Platform and all related materials are owned by app-ening.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

This includes:

  • Platform source code and architecture
  • User interface design and visual elements
  • Logos, branding, and trade names
  • Documentation and marketing materials
  • Proprietary algorithms and processes

11.2 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Platform for your business purposes
  • Download and install the mobile application on your devices
  • Access features included in your subscription plan

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use our branding without prior written permission
  • Sublicense or resell access to the Platform

11.3 Trademarks

"App-ening" and related logos are trademarks of app-ening.com. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 "AS IS" Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY
  • UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
  • THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS

12.2 No Liability for Third-Party Services

APP-ENING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:

  • WhatsApp or Meta service outages, errors, policy changes, or account actions
  • Gupshup or other BSP service disruptions or failures
  • Google API service outages or changes (Sheets, Calendar, Forms)
  • AWS or cloud infrastructure failures
  • Razorpay or payment processor errors
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Device compatibility problems
  • Any third-party service that the Platform integrates with

12.3 No Liability for User Content and Operations

APP-ENING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR:

  • THE CONTENT, ACCURACY, LEGALITY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF MESSAGES YOU SEND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
  • THE OUTCOMES OF YOUR BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS, CAMPAIGNS, OR AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS
  • ANY COMPLAINTS, CLAIMS, OR LEGAL ACTIONS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS OR CONTACTS
  • YOUR COMPLIANCE OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS
  • YOUR BUSINESS DECISIONS, COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES, OR THEIR CONSEQUENCES
  • ANY REGULATORY FINES, PENALTIES, OR SANCTIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM
  • DATA YOU IMPORT, EXPORT, OR SYNC THROUGH GOOGLE OR OTHER INTEGRATIONS
  • THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF DATA IN YOUR CRM, CONTACTS, OR REPORTS

12.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • APP-ENING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND
  • APP-ENING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS
  • APP-ENING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR LOSS OF USE
  • APP-ENING'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO APP-ENING IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100)
  • THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF APP-ENING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS APP-ENING.COM, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INDEMNIFIED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, SUITS, PROCEEDINGS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND LEGAL COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED
  • YOUR CONTENT, MESSAGES, CAMPAIGNS, BROADCASTS, AUTOMATIONS, AND ALL COMMUNICATIONS SENT THROUGH THE PLATFORM
  • YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW, REGULATION, OR THIRD-PARTY RIGHT
  • YOUR VIOLATION OF WHATSAPP BUSINESS POLICY, META PLATFORM TERMS, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM POLICY
  • ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR LEGAL ACTION BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, CONTACTS, OR ANY THIRD PARTY
  • ANY REGULATORY ACTION, INVESTIGATION, FINE, PENALTY, OR SANCTION RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR BUSINESS OPERATIONS
  • YOUR FAILURE TO OBTAIN PROPER CONSENT FROM YOUR CONTACTS BEFORE SENDING MESSAGES
  • ANY CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM YOUR OPERATIONS, CONTENT, BUSINESS PRACTICES, OR USE OF THE PLATFORM
  • YOUR USE OF GOOGLE INTEGRATIONS AND THE DATA YOU ACCESS, IMPORT, EXPORT, OR SYNC THROUGH SUCH INTEGRATIONS
  • YOUR CONFIGURATION AND USE OF AUTOMATION JOURNEYS, RULES, SEQUENCES, VOICE AGENTS, AND APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING FEATURES
  • ANY BREACH OF DATA PROTECTION OR PRIVACY LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION RESULTING FROM YOUR HANDLING OF CUSTOMER DATA ON THE PLATFORM
  • ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR CONTENT

THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION SURVIVES THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND THESE TERMS.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT APP-ENING IS A TECHNOLOGY TOOL AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDER. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING THEREFROM.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the in-app account deletion feature (Settings > Account > Delete Account)
  • Contacting support@app-ening.com

Upon termination by you:

  • Your access will be immediately revoked
  • Your data will be deleted within 90 days (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
  • Google integrations will be automatically disconnected

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You violate WhatsApp or other platform policies
  • Your account is used for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • You fail to pay fees after grace period expiration
  • Required by law, court order, or regulatory directive
  • We discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All licenses granted to you are immediately revoked
  • You must stop using the Platform
  • We will delete your data per our data retention policy
  • Provisions that should survive (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) remain in full force and effect

15. Modifications to Terms

15.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

  • Immediately for new users
  • 30 days after notice for existing users (for material changes)

15.2 Notice of Changes

We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email notification to your registered email address
  • In-app notification
  • Posting on our website with updated "Last Updated" date

15.3 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and terminate your account.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and the State of Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Step 1: Informal Resolution

  • Contact us at legal@app-ening.com
  • We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days

Step 2: Mediation

  • If unresolved informally, either party may request mediation
  • Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed mediator in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
  • Costs split equally between the parties

Step 3: Arbitration

  • If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration
  • Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India)
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
  • The language of arbitration shall be English
  • Individual arbitration only (no class actions or consolidated proceedings)
  • The arbitrator's decision is final and binding

16.3 Jurisdiction

For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

16.5 Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for:

  • Intellectual property violations
  • Confidentiality breaches
  • Urgent matters requiring immediate action to prevent irreparable harm

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and App-ening regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by App-ening.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms to any successor, acquirer, or affiliate without your consent.

17.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions, sanctions, or embargoes
  • Internet, telecommunications, or power outages
  • Third-party service failures (WhatsApp, Google, AWS, Razorpay, etc.)
  • Cyberattacks or security incidents beyond our reasonable control

17.6 Export Control

The Platform may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not use or export the Platform in violation thereof.

17.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or conflict.

17.8 Notices

Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us should be sent to legal@app-ening.com. Notices are deemed received when sent by email, unless the sending party receives an automated bounce-back or delivery failure notification.

18. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions

18.1 European Union (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA:

  • You have additional rights under GDPR (see Privacy Policy)
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
  • Right to data portability
  • Legal basis for processing: contractual necessity, consent, and legitimate interest

18.2 California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident:

  • You have additional rights under CCPA (see Privacy Policy)
  • Right to opt-out of data "sale" (we do not sell personal data)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

18.3 India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act)

If you are in India:

  • You have rights under the DPDPA including access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal
  • Our Grievance Officer can be reached at privacy@app-ening.com
  • Right to nominate another person to exercise your rights

18.4 Other Jurisdictions

We comply with applicable local laws where we operate. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local law, the local law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
